Unfortunately re-selling of Plugin Licenses is currently not supported by Kiive Audio. But feel free to check back in periodically as this is something we'll implement in the future.

To set a password for your already made account simply log out on our site and then sign back in but select the option "forgot your password" this will send you an email to set your new kiive account password that you will then be able to use for all future orders. Please bear with us as we work through any bugs with this new update. and If you come across any with this new feature just email support@kiiveaudio.com and we'll help you through it!

You can log into your account by clicking on the "my account" section on our site and entering your email address. You will then be sent an email with a login link to access all of your products.

We will email you when we update a product. You can download any updates for products by logging into the my account section on our site.

License codes can be found in the confirmation email as well as in your previous orders in the "My Account" tab.

You can download our demo versions through the "Try It" Button on each product page.

All of our macOS installer packages are certified and signed with an apple developer ID but some versions of OS can still cause this pop up message. If this occurs simply close the installer and then right click on it and check open. This will bypass Apple's error message and allow you to install your plugin.

• College level or higher Educators, including teachers, instructors, professors, full-time or adjunct, receive up to a 50% discount depending on the plugin(s)
• College level or higher Students receive up to a 50% discount depending on the plugin(s)

University/college students — You must show evidence of current enrollment at an accredited, government-recognized public or private post-secondary/tertiary degree-granting academic institution, or for-profit career/vocational schools that grants degrees and/or certificates, by providing one (1) of the following:

• A copy of a student ID card containing your (the student's) information, such as name, school name, and the current academic term. If there isn’t a date on your ID, or your field of study isn't clear, we won't be able to verify your eligibility and you’ll have to send us something else - perhaps #2, or #4 below...
• A copy of a tuition statement or course bill that includes the school’s logo or seal, your name, field of study, and the current date/academic termAn official letter from the registrar of the school, including your name, the school name, field of study, and the current date/academic term
• A copy of a student schedule including student name, the school name, field of study, and the current date/academic term
• A copy of a grade report statement or transcript including your name, the school name, field of study, and the current date/academic term
• Screen captures from school websites may be accepted in lieu of official documentation if your name, school name, field of study, and valid date are clearly visible (acceptance is at the sole discretion of Kiive Audio)

Our plugins are compatible with M1 but they currently don’t run as native. The best way to check if our plugins work on your system is to download one of our demo / trial versions are try it out.

Make sure the correct Plugin Formats required by your DAW are installed to the correct locations. In many DAWs a Plugin Path can be set, so make sure that the correct location is scanned. If the plugin still does not load, redownload the file and try a reinstall.

To authorize your plugin: either copy and paste the 16 digit code and enter it on the first load of your new plugin or click download, which will download a text file from which you can then copy and paste the code.Some versions of Pro Tools don´t accept the Copy/Paste method. If this occurs, try manually typing out your code or contact us.
